About
Allison is the Community Engagement Manager at Designing Justice + Designing Spaces. As a Certified Public Participation Professional (CP3), she has experience engaging communities across both the public and private sectors. Allison is passionate about facilitating inclusive, inspiring, and restorative design processes to reimagine and shape the built environment. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Brown University. In 2022, she completed training as a restorative justice facilitator through Ampersands Restorative Justice. Prior to joining DJDS, she worked as a Design Strategist at Gensler, leading projects in change management, workplace strategy, and experience design.
Allison is based in Los Angeles with her dog Radar and guinea pig Dusty.
